Villa Donna is a hidden paradise inside one of the most charming italian locations, Sorrento. Relax and rest will be a daily routine while, out there, in the glamorous coast, adventures await. It can accommodate a total of 12 adults in 6 bedrooms.
Located inside the charming town of Sorrento, the estate comes with its private garden. This three-level house affords a quiet and private environment inside the town, right next to the beach. The interiors include two spacious living room, three dining areas one on the outside, a well-equipped kitchen, an office corner, a laundry area, and a gym. On the sweeping grounds, there’s a wooden above ground pool, a solarium with 10 sun-beds. Secluded and private, yet very close to the town center, this estate offers 6 bedrooms decorated in elegant style with relaxing white walls, contemporary fabrics, and several bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans.
The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a contemporary style with stone, and terracotta floors, quality washed wooden boards and marble. High ceilings lend a bright feel to the interiors. Modern yet very comfortable, this is a chic retreat full oflight and a welcoming vibe.
Well hidden from the Sorrento life, in its private garden, this villa features an outside swimming pool and a dining area with BBQ, whose current owners embarked on a constant renovation upgrading every year the property since 2010. In 2018 a dependence was added, featuring a separate area complete of a bedroom and additional kitchen, while in 2019 new top-of-the-line appliances have been installed in the villa, such as the audio Bluetooth system throughout the entire property, garden included. Parking space.
Please note, reservations are for 7 nights minimum (Saturday to saturday) from May to October.

Additional but mandatory: TPT fee is applied to each reserved week, or portion of; its value depends on the number of guests and is quantified in €340 for every 8 guests booked. This amount guarantees travel planning, performed by a dedicated team, remote emergency service 24/7, check-in with property status control and report, check-out and property damage control on departure day, a detailed report of the services used during the holiday and a flat rate for the municipal tax applied by Italian municipalities, ranging from €1 to €7 per person per night.

viewThe villa is easily accessible for those traveling by public transport: it is just seven minutes walk from the Sorrento train station, 55 kilometres from Naples airport and just 1,5 kilometres from the port of Sorrento.
The Sorrento Peninsula borders the southern end of the Bay of Naples. The entire coastline around Sorrento was a Greek colony in the days of Magna Grecia, the legendary site of Homer's mermaids, before being conquered by the Romans as a summer playground. Since then, it has maintained its reputation as an exclusive holiday destination. It has a mild climate, beautiful views and citrus-scented air.
You can enjoy splendid views stretching along the bay to Naples, Mount Vesuvius and, across the water, the island of Capri. The sunset is particularly stunning from the tip of Massa Lubrense, Faro, or one of the coves below the cliffs on the edge of the promontory. On the Sorrento coast you will find hidden bays, deep caves, sandy sunbathing spots and hilltop hamlets.
Sorrento is particularly famous for its production of lemons, which are used to produce the famous liqueur known as limoncello, but they are also used in desserts such as sorbetto, crostata and breakfast cakes.
While the Mediterranean is the big attraction that Sorrento is famous for, there are also hamlets in the hills that are worth exploring. These timeworn villages retain their traditions and charm. Visit Vico Equense, which is dwarfed by the Lattari Mountains rising behind it, the village of Seiano, the whitewashed town of Priora and Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, high in the hills. Here you will find natural beauty, hiking trails, tranquillity and clean, dry air.
Sorrento itself is perhaps the ideal destination, as it offers the splendour of the seaside and easy access to other points of interest: you can take a train to Pompeii or Naples, a ferry to Capri, and buses or boats to the other towns on the Amalfi Coast.
Rules and cancellation policy
- Bookings cancelled 91 days (or more) prior to arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
- Bookings cancelled 90 days (or less) prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
- The same provisions, as to the calculation of penalties, will apply to requests of Rental dates change.
Rental Agreement
LOVELYDAYS RENTAL AGREEMENT
FOR PROPERTIES IN LONDON
This agreement is specifically incorporated by reference and made a part of the agreement between Guest and Lovelydays LTD, pursuant to which the guest has agreed to rent the property and accept the following detail during a duration of each stay.
- Security & damage deposit
The security deposit amount has to be given on the day of taking possession and will be returned back to the tenant after the departure, or may be used for the purpose of repairing damage for which the tenant is responsible for. This deposit will be applied toward any additional rent and any amounts owed for damage to or loss of the property. You will have to sign on damage deposit document at your arrival.
- Inventory of fixture
An inventory is establish in common and signed by the tenant and the representative of the property during your arrival and departure. Tenant will return the property to landlord in good condition. If the property is damaged while in tenant’s possession, tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair, up to the current value of the property.
- Home rules
During the stay in our property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply the Lovelydays home rules which can be found through Lovelydays website/and/or by other means such as email.
- Entry and inspection
Lovelydays LTD reserves the right to enter the Property at all reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection, to make repairs as necessary and for the purpose of cleaning the Property. If our team has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, we may enter the property without advance notice.
- Cancellation policy
Standard rate: Our standard rate, best for those whose plans are unlikely to change. If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of your stay, we will refund 50% of your booking. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your stay, we can’t refund your booking.
Last minute booking rate (any bookings before the start of your stay within a week): If you cancel up to 5 days before the start of your stay, we will refund 50% of your booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start of your stay, we can’t refund your booking.Cancellation Policy
- Sublease or assignment
Guests agrees not to assign or sublease the property or permit the use of the other Properties by other persons who are not the guests of the property.
- Default
Failure to comply any provision and/or term of this Agreement, Lovelydays LTD, at its option, may immediately terminate all rights of the guest and the occupants. No refund of any portion of the rental price shall be made and if any regal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all cost occurred.
- Changes to the Rental Agreement:
We may change this Rental Agreement from time to time and shall notify you of any such updates and revisions mainly through Lovelydays website.
- Rent Amount:
The full payment as to be paid 100% before the reservation, for a long period every month following agreement.
For payment delay when you are inside the property, Lovelydays will charge 50 GBP for every 24H delay from the payment date.
In case of missing payment, Lovelydays have the right to cancel your contract and remove you and your staff from the property.

FOR PROPERTIES OUTSIDE LONDON

Lovelydays is representing the owner and won’t be responsible for any damage caused.

GUEST HOME RULES
- Arrival day
On the day of arrival the guests have to give us their identification documents (passport or ID) for the purpose of registration. The lead guest will also need to fill out Lovelydays documents.
- Occupancy
Guests agree that no more than maximum guests shall be permitted in the property during the stay, all of whom shall comply with the term and conditions imposed upon guest under Lovelydays policy.
- Assistance and information
Lovelydays is available for the guests during your stay for any information and assistance you may need. We provides free service for stain removal, therefore please do not hesitate to contact us for the service and any further assistance.
- Personal security
The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the property. Lovelydays will not be responsible in case of any disappearance, we advise the guests to always close the doors and windows when they go out.
- Noise and residential amenity
The guests are kindly asked not to create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring Properties especially between 10pm – 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy.
Moreover, guests will not host parties in the property that will be a cause of any disturbance including (but not limited to) dancing, playing loud music, and any kind of entertaining.
- Pet allowance
Pets are allowed only with the permission of the property. Bringing pets without prior announcement is not allowed. The guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
- Weapon
It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the property.
- Smoking
Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the property. Therefore the use of tobacco, including smokeless tobacco products, and legal smoking products are prohibited.
- Departure day
On the day of departure the guests have to leave the property before the check-out time. The guests have the obligation to leave the property in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.
